Our unique Sterling Silver 925 is handcrafted in the beautiful town of Arezzo, in Italy and has been bathed in Sterling Silver 1000 for extra shine. Please note, due to the higher quality of silver used in the bathing process, medallions may scratch more easily. This is not considered a defect of the product, 1000 silver is pure silver and is therefore a more delicate and precious metal.
Quality Stainless Steel Grade 316 LOur Stainless Steel pendants are of the highest quality grade, 316 L, which is considered "medical grade" or "surgical steel". It is highly resistant to corrosion, rust, and tarnish and does not require polishing.
Powerful and Authentic GemstonesOur semi precious stones are all natural, with the cabochon cut to a size of 3mm.
How To Care For Your JewelryWhen you are not wearing your necklace, it should be stored in an airtight plastic bag. This will prevent tarnishing and scratching. If your piece ever needs cleaning we recommend one simple method: water and liquid dish soap. Gently clean the jewelry, then pat dry with a very soft cloth.
Shipping policyBecause our products are assembled and engraved in NY, orders will take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive at destination. While we don't typically experience any issues with delays, things do happen outside of our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through our Contact Form, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchangesBecause of the customized nature of our jewelry all orders are final sale. If your order arrives damaged in anyway, please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact Form, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
